It was a beautiful hotel in a great area, right by a hillside overlooking the ocean and the Bay of Hilo and the lush garden. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided, it was amazing. The location was excellent - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location is absolutely breathtaking, situated on a hillside overlooking the ocean. We spent mornings sipping coffee on the terrace, taking in the stunning views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped, with tropical flowers, banana trees, and coconut trees adding to the serene ambiance. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise.

island goode's was a dream! the owners were so welcoming and we got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. the property was stunning with its views of the ocean and lovely gardens. the room had everything we needed and more, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. we enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda and loved exploring the area. highly recommend!
